FAQs
All PMU treatments include a full consultation, the treatment itself, aftercare guidance and your 6-8 week retouch appointment. Skin and beauty treatments include a tailored consultation and aftercare advice.
Yes, a small deposit is required at booking to secure your appointment. The balance is paid on the day of your treatment.
Card payments and cash are accepted on the day. Deposits are paid online when booking.
I ask for at least 48 hours notice for any rescheduling or cancellation. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit.
This depends on the quality and condition of the existing pigment. I’ll need to see the work in person at a consultation, or via clear photos beforehand. In some cases a fresh treatment is needed rather than a colour boost.
Permanent brows, lip blush and eyeliner each take around 2 to 2.5 hours, including consultation, mapping and treatment. Skin and beauty treatments vary by service and will be confirmed at booking.
Yes, your 6-8 week retouch is included in the price of every PMU treatment. This is where any final adjustments to shape and colour are made as the skin settles.
Permanent makeup softens and fades gradually over time. Most clients are ready for a colour boost somewhere between 12 and 24 months, depending on the treatment, your skin and your lifestyle.
